RLED:Charging indicator LED/Battery fault indicator LED. Red LED "ON" in charging , Red LED "FLASH" in battery fault.Cell 3 Balancing indicator LED / Batter Pack fully charge indicator LED.Cell 3 Discharging indicator LED.

GLED3:When the batterypack is finished charging, the GLED3 is on and other LED is off.

2. Opration

2~1. When DC(15V) adaptor plug into the charger , all LED will flash once and go to stand by(All LED trun off).

2~2.Put 2-Pack Battery line into Cell-2 /Cell-3 port(detective port) , and put Battery 2P line into Ouput port(charging connector).

2~3. When the battery is normal, it will be balancing the battery first. The maximum balacing time is 20 minutes and the maximum balancing discharging current is 300mA

2~4. After 20 minutes balacing time, it begins to charge and the charging current between 600mA~700mA(constant cruuent charge). It keep balancing before finishing charging. After finishing the charge, the GLED3 will continue flash.

2~5. In charging, If you take the battery out from detective port, it will stop charging and go to standby condition.

2~6. In charging, if you take the battery put from the detective port, the battery will continue balancing and will stop balancing discharge when the battery discharges to the 3.1V.

2~7. If the RLED flash in opration, please replug all the connection port. If itis still the same, please check the bettery.

2~8. When charger end is over, Please pull out the battery from the adaptor.

3. Prohibited put 2-pack and 3-pack battery into detective port at the same time.

4.Use 15V/1A~1.5A Adaptor.
